Barend Jacob van der Merwe (Snr) is a respected legal practitioner and managing director in Namibia, bringing 41 years of experience to his practice. He holds B.Proc and LLB degrees from RAU. He has successfully led his firm, providing exceptional representation for corporate clients.

Alicia van Dyk

Legal Practitioner

Legal Practitioner admitted to the High Court of Namibia in 2023. She holds an LL.B (Hons) from UNAM and has experience across civil litigation, debt collection, company law, insolvency, and wills and estates. In 2024, she joined VDMG INC as a Professional Assistant and is currently preparing for the Conveyancing Exams to further expand her legal qualifications.

Wimpie Viljoen

Legal Practitioner

Legal Practitioner admitted to the High Court of Namibia in 2022. He holds both a BComm (Law) and LL.B from North-West University and has built expertise in civil litigation, commercial law, and estate administration. Since joining VDMG INC in 2024, he has contributed to the collections department as a Professional Assistant, continuing to grow his legal practice
